It was great! Convenient and comfortable.

Loved the location! It was very close to the train station and walking distance to the food and shopping street in Hongdae. The convenience store located on the next building was also a plus. The heated floor is amazing and very comforting, since we stayed there during the winter. The room was very clean and spacious enough for a family of 4.

Our room was on the fifth floor but the building had no elevator, so it was a bit of a challenge to go up. It was not a big issue though. At least we get to do burn additional calories everyday.

A nice place to stay in Seoul

The guesthouse located near gate 7 of Hongik Univ. Station, so its super convenience to travel. House master's very friendly and supportive. The house was clean, spacious for us and have enough facilities. Overall, it was a nice experiece.

The room is on 5th floor with no elevator, so with our luggages, it was very tired. However, house master was kind enough to help carried our luggages up to the room.

a perfect apartment for 3-4 people - great area, walking distance to subway and Hongdae street - very quiet area even if near to hongdae street - host very nice and helpful, he always answered me on whatsapp - comfortable bed and clean sheets - room temperature was fine - there is a convenience store just a few steps away

the bathroom is a bit small, it was hard for the 3 of us to get used to not having a western shower (we were 3 girls) - I would have liked to find 1 water bottle per day maybe outside the door, it's a nice gesture but not so important - you have to walk several stairs but in the end I consider it acceptable because the location is great

The stairs? After climbing Bukhansan.. the stairs was a little.. Otherwise it’s really a nice place! Will stay here again next time!

Location is extraordinary, very near to the station and hongdae area. There is a convinience store downstair which is very good if you have to buy something in a flash. Many useful facilities in the room, especially for family trip

The room is on the 5th floor and no elevator, so be ready with your luggages, and after you took a long trip in seoul, you have to climb to your room.

The host is helpful and friendly. Location is good, right next to the Main Street, and you could get to the nearest station in 3 mins. You’ve got almost what you need in the room, heaters, dryer, toiletries, washing machine, fridge and a small kitchen.

No windows in toilet, so it might get moist and smelly after using it.

Enjoyed the stay as it is spacious and comfortable, yet the toilet stings.

The property is spacious and the daily necessities are sufficient. It is very close to the busy shopping area and is just a 2min walk from the metro exit! Super convenient!

It is on the 5th floor and there is no lift at all. And the toilet is little smelly the day we checked in, which was worsened on the third day night with water leaking out from the side of the toilet.

Although the room smelled of sewage and the bedding looked clean. There was the smell of men's sweat, so I had to lay down on two towels. The owner was kind though. I complained about the inconvenience to the booking com. In less than three minutes, he ran to my room and just said something to me, so I was scared. They say that there is no need to fulfill the reservation period, and if you want to leave immediately, please leave. This is the worst place to stay
